Points:
1. Some paragraphs can be combined into one
2. A lots of interviewer's words which is good but maybe add more of your own perspective
For example :one person's words can be put in only one paragraph
3. After each interviewer make a conclusion will make the paragraph more easy to understand
4. Cut some not important info out
